Once a new Provider is added, based on the Provider Category and Type selected, CareControl will display the navigation Tabs differently for tracking the Provider demographics information, such as:

Licensed Provider will have the License, Registration Fee, Holidays Tabs in addition to the basic Tabs.

Exempt Provider will have the Agreement, Trust Line Tabs and not the above 3, in addition to the basic Tabs.
Access to the “Provider Info” Tab will be seen differently depending on the type of Provider.
I. Licensed Provider
For a licensed Provider, the “Provider Info” Tab is located under the “Details” Tab.

Hover over the “Details” Tab and select “Provider Info” Tab.

Select Edit, at the bottom of the page, to start updating the provider profile.
a. Start updating all the details available and as needed for the Provider including the Basic Info, Contact Info, Address Info and their Tax Info. -
If any of the information is updated, select Save to save the updated details.
In addition to the “Provider Info” Tab, you may also track additional contacts the licensed Provider has under the “Contacts” Tab that is also located under the “Details” Tab:

Select “Contacts” Tab in order to navigate to the contacts page.

Click Add to add a new contact.

In the Contact Details section, enter the information for the individual and click Save once done to save the new record.

Once a contact is added, simply click on the hyperlinked Contact’s Name to view the details.
a. Click Edit if you wish to update the details for the selected contact.
i. Click Void if you wish to remove the contact.
II. Exempt Provider
For an exempt Provider, in order to update any of the Provider's profile, you may do so directly on the “Provider Info” Tab. For exempt Providers, the “Contacts” Tab is not available.

Select Edit, at the bottom of the page, to start updating the provider profile.
a. Start updating all the details available and as needed for the Provider including the Basic Info, Contact Info, Address Info and their Tax Info. -
Once any of the information is updated, select Save to save the updated details.
❗️TIP: Once the Provider information has been added, it is recommended to run the Provider Review to assess the collected information for the Provider to see if there are any potential details missing for correction.
