Once a Provider record is created with the Provider Type as exempt, CareControl will display a dedicated “Trust Line” Tab for your tracking and completing of the Trust Line process for a non-relative exempt Provider.

Start by accessing the Provider record and opening the “Trust Line” Tab

Click Edit to input and update each of the fields as you’re going through the Trust Line process with the Provider:

Register Date - Date when the provider registered with Trust Line

Live Scan Date - Date when the provider went to the live scan

RR Date - Reference and Referral date

Result Date - Date of the result from the Live Scan

Result - Outcome of the Live Scan

Comments - Any comments in regards to the Trust Line information.

Click Save to save the record once any information is added or updated.

When the Trust Line process is completed, you may proceed to the next step such as approving the agreement for the Provider, and approving the Provider or denying the Provider.
