All providers added will require an entry of their operational hours captured within CareControl under the “Operational Hours” Tab. Tracking of the Provider’s operational hours will assist you in the care schedule creation, ensuring that all hours of care are covered by the Provider.
Adding new Operational Hours
When adding the new Operational Hours, simply click Add.
In the Operational Hours section, enter the Start Date when the operational hours will be effective, along with the hours for each of the days.
❗️TIP: When entering the hours, there are 2 shortcuts available to:
Copy the entered hours for a day to all the other weekdays.
Use Template hours to copy the most commonly used hours for the current Provider’s operational hours.
Updating existing Operational Hours
- Once an Operational Hours record is added, simply click on the hyperlinked Start Date to modify its details.
- In the Operational Hours section, click Edit to modify any of the hours.
- If these Operational Hours were added by mistake, simply click Void.
