Once a Provider record is created with the Provider Type set as licensed, CareControl will display a dedicated “License” tab to help you track the Provider's license information.
You may want to change the Provider Type if it was inputted incorrectly.
Adding a new License
- When adding a new License, click Add.

In the License Information section, enter the license number, issue/expiration dates, age groups, and license capacity for each applicable license type (Infant, Pre-School, School Age and FCC).
- Click Save once you're done to save the new record.
Updating an existing License
- Once a License record is added, click on the hyperlinked License No to modify its details.

In the License information section, click Edit to modify the license number, issue/expiration dates, age groups, and license capacity for each applicable license type (Infant, Pre-School, School Age and FCC) as needed.
- If this License record is added by mistake, click Void.
