Once a Provider record is created with the Provider Type as licensed, CareControl will display a dedicated “License” Tab for your tracking of the license information for the Provider.
If a Provider record you’re looking to add or update the license information for does not have this “License” Tab available, consider changing the Provider Type.
Adding a new License
- When adding a new License, simply click Add.

In the License Information section, enter the license number, issue/expiration dates, age groups, and license capacity for each applicable license type (Infant, Pre-School, School Age and FCC).
- Click Save once done to save the new record.
Updating an existing License
- Once a License record is added, simply click on the hyperlinked License No to modify its details.

In the License information section, click Edit to modify the license number, issue/expiration dates, age groups, and license capacity for each applicable license type (Infant, Pre-School, School Age and FCC) as needed.
- If this License record is added by mistake, simply click Void.
