1. Head over to the Admin Tab and Click on "Organization" From there click on your Agency Name.
2. Once in your Organization, you will see two tabs. Click on "Organization Member" to add new staff.
3. From there Click on the "+ Add New" button.
4. Once in the new window please add the following:
- Account: Username - Staff Email
- Status - Active
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password - Create a generic password, staff can log in and update it later
- Confirm Generic Password
- User Group - MCT recommends R&R specialists, they will have access to all modules except Admin
- Check off the Daily Report Access
5. Then click Save.
