CareWait 2.0 - User Roles and Permissions – MCT Technology, Inc.

When adding a new user, do not forget to assign them to a User Group, as this will dictate the level of access the user is allowed when logging into CareWait.

The following guide explains the permissions each user has available to them:

User	Permissions
System Admin	This is for MCT employees only. Please do not give your staff this permission.
Org Admin	Dashboard: Full Access Application: Full Access New Application: Full Access Reports: All reports with corresponding tag Queue: Full Access Admin: User, Organization, & User Group access
Enrollment Specialist	Dashboard: Full Access Application: No Access New Application: No Access Reports: All reports with corresponding tag Queue: Full Access Admin: No Access
R&R Specialist	Dashboard: Full Access Application: Full Access New Application: Full Access Reports: All reports with corresponding tag Queue: Full Access Admin: No Access
Super User	Dashboard: Full Access Application: Full Access New Application: Full Access Reports: All reports with the corresponding tag Queue: Full Access Admin: No Access
Viewer	Dashboard: Full Access Application: Full Access New Application: No Access Reports: All reports with corresponding tag Queue: Full Access Admin: No Access
