Oftentimes, you will be needing to communicate with parents about their application. CareWait's communication module gives you the ability to message parents directly regarding their application through the Public Reply tab. Below are the instructions on how to message parents. 

While viewing an application on the right-hand side of your screen should appear the communication module. 

If this module is hidden, you can open it by clicking on the hamburger menu in the top right hand of your screen. 

By default, the communication is set to be an internal note to prevent messages from being mistakenly sent to parents. To communicate with the parent, click on the public reply tab. 

Type your message into the text box and click on SEND once you are ready to send the message. 

After clicking SEND, the messages that you have sent should appear below where you can view all messages that have been sent back and forth with your parent.
