CareWait will have a select few automated messages preset for your agency. You can customize and create new messages through the Message Template editor.

 

NOTE: For an action to trigger a message template to be sent out, the action must be configured by MCT. If your agency has a customized message they would like to send out that cannot be created by using the list of pre-set templates on CareWait, please contact MCT Technology for additional assistance.

 

How to Customize a Message

Head to the Admin tab and locate the Message Template sub-tab. Click an automated message you would like to customize

Click Edit to customize your message.

You can also add auto-populated fields to customize your message further.

 

Auto-Populated Fields:

{{AssignedOrganization}} - Adds Agency Name

{{AssignedOrganizationPhone}} -Adds Agency phone number

{{Customer}} - Adds the assigned specialist's name

{{ApplicationId}} - Adds the family's application ID number

{{FirstName}} - Adds the parent's First Name

{{LastName}} - Adds the parent's Last Name

{{ChildFirstName}} - Adds the child's first name

{{ChildLastName}} - Adds the child's last name.

{{Applications_Number_1}} - Adds  the total applications assigned to a specialist.

{{Children_Number_11}} - Adds the total children assigned to a specialist.
