Go to the New Application Module.
The new application form is divided into 4 sections: Family, Parent, Child, and Criteria.
All fields that are required are marked with a red *. If left blank, the user will not be able to move to the next section.
Submit the application by signing, inputting the present date, and clicking submit.
Once submitted, CW will display the application.
After submitting a new application, be sure to extend an invitation to the parent. This can be accomplished by navigating to the "Actions" tab and selecting the "Invite" option
Then you will select the method (either SMS or Email) of the invite and then click invite.
Tip: Refer to the parent's preferred method of contact in the parent section when selecting the method of invite. This initiative aims to enhance parental accessibility and expedite their integration into CareConnect.
