Our latest addition, Global Search, offers a streamlined approach to locating applications, children, providers, and employers across your whole CareWait Office.

Accessible via a magnifying glass icon situated in the top right-hand corner, this feature simplifies your search process.

The magnifying glass icon will be consistently positioned across all modules of the CareWait Office system for seamless access to the search functionality.

 

 

Upon clicking the magnifying glass icon, a search menu will promptly appear, facilitating your search process.

Utilize the search bar to enter names, phone numbers, emails, or IDs to pinpoint your desired results accurately.

 

 

Upon typing your query into the search bar and clicking 'Search', the results will promptly display below, providing you with the outcomes relevant to your search criteria.

 

 

As you input your search query, an "i" icon will dynamically appear. Clicking on this icon will reveal the criteria the system is utilizing to conduct the search and display results.

 

 

If your search yields no results, the interface will indicate "No results found" to notify you of the absence of matching entries.

 

 

Beneath the search bar, you'll find a section dedicated to 'Recently Accessed Records', showcasing the most recent entry you've viewed for quick reference.

 

 

At the top right-hand corner, you'll find convenient shortcuts to create new applications, new providers, and new employers, streamlining the process for efficient access.
