Navigating to different applications is simple in CareWait as we give you several options to find the family application you are looking for.

1. Application Tab

Existing Applications can be searched for in the Application Module under the Application Smart List as well as the Child Smart List.

Simply click into the application tab and navigate to the pre-curated smartlists that have been created for you. 

Once you've reached the desired smart list, utilize the Advanced Search checkbox to access the variety of search options we have created for you.

 

 

Once you find the application, click the blue Application ID hyperlink to access the application:

 

2. CareWait Dashboard

You can also easily access applications through your CareWait dashboard. 

On your dashboard, you will see a variety of infographics. We suggest using the Application by Status infographic to search for applications.

To access this information, simply click on the status bars. This action will generate a comprehensive list of all applications categorized under the status you've selected

After clicking into the status bar, proceed with the same search steps outlined for the Application Tab, utilizing the Advanced Search feature.

 

To access the application, click on the hyperlinked Application ID.

3. Global Search

Navigate to the top right corner of CareWait to find the Global Search Feature

Upon clicking into the global search, you gain access to the search bar, allowing you to effortlessly seek out any desired application. You can search for applications by Application ID, Parent Name, Parent Email, or Parent Phone Number.

You can also search using children's information to find individual children.

Once you find the application you are looking for, simply click on the hyperlinked Application ID to access the application.
