Why can’t the Family see their Application on CareConnect Family?
Answer:
When an application is submitted, an invitation to CareConnect Family is sent to the family via their preferred contact method (Email or SMS). This notification includes a link and code to link their application to their CareConnect Family account. This code only lasts for 14 days. If 14 days pass and the family has not set up their CareConnect Family account. A new link will need to be sent. Here are the steps on how to assist a family, to set up their CareConnect Family account to view their CareWait application.

Check if the family has created a CareConnect Family account. (By single application)
a. Go to your Application Tab.
b. Locate the application by searching the application number or family name.
c. Click on the Application ID to see the application details. -->On the far right-hand corner select the "Actions" drop-down menu
1. If the family has connected their CareConnect Family account with their application, the first selection from the "Actions" drop-down menu will say "Invite".2. If the application is linked, the first selection of the "Actions" drop-down menu will say "Unlink" and then the family will need to reset their password. Their username will be the email or phone number connected to their account.

If the application is not linked, but the invitation was already sent out, the first selection will be "Reinvite". You will need to resend the invitation. You can also see if multiple applications have been linked to CareConnect Family by viewing the "Online Account" Section from the "Application Tab".
1. Once clicked on the "Online Account Section" you will be able to see if an application has been linked to a CareConnect Family Account.
- If the family has connected their CareConnect Family account with their application, the "Online Account" column will be the Email or Phone the account is connected with.
- If the application is linked, the "Online Account" column will be"Unlink". Then the family will need to reset their password. Their username will be the Email or Phone number connected to their account.
- If the application is not linked, but the invitation was already sent out, the "Online Account" column will be "Reinvite". You will need to resend the invitation. Remember this will be sent via their preferred contact method (Email or SMS).
2. To invite multiple applications at once select the rows you would like to send an invitation to, then click Batch Invite. (You can highlight all the Applications or click specific applications to invite them in batch)
a. Once the Batch Invite Wizard appears, select the invitation method you would like to send and click Invite.
b. You can also Batch Unlink Applications for the purpose of removing application access or if the parent would like to change account credentials to a new E-mail or Phone.
c. After you unlink the Account you can Reinvite the Parent through E-mail or SMS. Follow the same steps as if you were inviting a new parent to the portal.
