If your childcare agency or school returns a document for any reason you will receive an email notification about why the document was returned as well as a message in your CareWait application's Communication tab.
To make changes to your returned document, access the Received tab under the Documents Module in your CareWait application.
Applications pending additional information will be tagged as To Complete.
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the document name to access the document.
If the document was originally sent via the "+" button feature, an UPLOAD button will appear at the bottom of the original document, allowing you to upload new files.
If the document was a form sent through the Forms tab, you will have the opportunity to fix the necessary fields and click SUBMIT to return the form back to your child care agency or school.
Once the document has been submitted, you will be redirected to the Submitted tab where you can review and download any previously submitted documents.
