A. If you would like to locate a message from a family for a specific Application ID follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Log into your CareWait dashboard -->Click on the Application tab
Step 2 - Click on the application that you want to view under the Application ID column
Step 3 - All messages can be found under the communications tab, below the message box, located on the right hand side of the page.
B. If you would like to view all the messages received from families regardless of Application ID
Step 1 - Log into your Care Wait dashboard -->Click on the Reports tab
Step 2 - Click on Notes Report
Step 3 - Make sure that Public is selected from the drop-down menu and click on Run. You will get a list of all the messages received from families. As you can see you're able to see the exact same message from the example above, as well as messages from other families.
Step 4 - If you want to see the newer messages first then you can sort by Date and Time by clicking on the Date and Time column. This will organize the messages from new to old.
Step 5 - You can also create tags to help you organize your messages. Let's say you want to tag a message as replied. To do this click on the Application ID of the message that you want to tag.
Step 6 - Click on edit
Step 7 - The Edit dialog box will pop up, click on the drop-down menu below Tags and select Replied --> Click on Save
Step 8 - The message is now marked as Replied.
