Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
A. Admin Configuration
Objective: Populate admin information for the 801B population.

Admin Site Address
Navigate to: Admin > Sites > Profile
Complete the Address and City fields.

Admin Provider Address (External Providers Only)
Navigate to: Admin > Providers > Profile Tab
Complete the Address and City fields.
B. Child, Parent, and Family Data
Objective: Populate the Student Profile for Family Eligibility for the 801B population.

Basic Family Eligibility Information
Navigate to: Student > Eligibility > Family > Basic

Populate the following fields:
Single Parent
Parent(s) on Active Duty in the US Military
Parent(s) a member of a National Guard or Military Reserve Unit
EED 9600 / CCD 26 Income Source
EED 9600 / CCD 26 Eligibility Type Field
Important Note: If the child is designated as the Head of Household, this must be manually updated on the report.

Family Fee Information
Navigate to: Student > Eligibility > Family > Family Fee

Steps:
Click Add Family Fee
Select the Fiscal Year
Click Generate (bottom-left corner)
Select Student, then click Done
Click Save
C. Generate 801B Report File
Objective: Generate the 801B report using data captured in the Student Eligibility tabs.
Pre-requisites: Before generating the 801B report, complete the following:
Navigate to: Attendance > Reports > CDNFS/EENFS and generate the report.
Navigate to: Students module > Reports section > 801A and generate the 801A report.
Note: CareConnect will pull all student and family data from the Eligibility tabs into the 801B report after these steps.
Navigate to the generated 801A report.

On the bottom left side of the screen, select the 801B option.
A pop-up window will appear.
In the pop-up, enter the Family ID, then click Save.
The 801B report will be generated. You can then choose to print or download the report.
