Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.

This guide will explain the differences between the CareConnect Web and Mobile in areas like Students module, Attendance module, and Contactless sign-in feature. In general, the Web version have all the features offered from the Mobile version, but the Mobile version allows users to quickly learn how to use the app and it focuses on managing students' attendance.

1. Students Module

Both the web and mobile version allow you to enroll students, edit their profiles, add contacts, and other information. The web version will include all the features from the mobile version, but sometimes it's easier and faster to use the mobile version for specific feature.

• Quickly enroll a student

2. Attendance

Both the web and mobile allow you to modify/track attendance. Web version has extra feature of generating attendance reports and different views of the students' attendance. Mobile version shows a students record in a list and it gives options to update many students' attendance at the same time.

3. Contactless Attendance

Contactless attendance is available to all Providers who wish to have parents sign their children in or out using their own mobile devices. This allows providers to provide the parents with a full sign-in experience and to ensure their safety on site while capturing signatures, or any other important attendance information.
