When configuring provider accounts in CareConnect under the Admin module, the Settings Tab offers crucial configurations that warrant attention.
Language Preference:
CareConnect provides the flexibility for agencies to determine the language in which generated timesheets should appear for providers. If a provider prefers to receive blank timesheets in Spanish, simply select 'Spanish' for the Language field. Leaving this field blank or choosing 'English' will generate English blank timesheets for the provider. Should you need to customize your blank timesheets, please reach out to support at support@mcttechnology.com, providing the CareConnect team with the Word document for both English and Spanish blank timesheets tailored to your requirements.
Mental Health Consultation Services (MHCS) Check:
This check associates the students under the care of a provider with MHCS, impacting State Reporting, particularly the 9500 and/or 8501 reports. For further insights into the CDNFS/EENFS report, consult the California - Generate CDNFS/EENFS Reports.
Additional Information for CSPP - Enrolled Families:
