CareWait's Online Account Smart list allows users to easily view and manage a parent's connection to the portal and their online application in Batch or individually. How to access this will be through your CareWait.
From your CareWait Dashboard, navigate to the Application Tab on your top toolbar. Locate the Online Account Sub-tab, under the Application Smart List.
Families with a successful linkage to their application will have their email addresses displayed under the Online Account column.
Families that have NOT yet been invited to FamilyPortal will have an Invite button displayed under the Online Account column.
Families that have received an invite before, but have yet to accept the invite will have a Reinvite button displayed under the Online Account column.
Families that do not have an email address or phone number added to their Application details cannot receive an invite to view their online application. In this situation, the family will have an Update button appear which will redirect the user to the family's application details page to update their contact information.
How to Invite Parents to the Portal
To invite parents to connect to their online application from the Online Account Smartlist, select the rows you would like to send an invitation to, then click Batch Invite. (You can highlight all the Applications or click specific applications to invite them in batch).
Once the Batch Invite Wizard appears, select the invitation method you would like to send and click Invite.
You can also Batch Unlink Applications for the purpose of removing application access or if the parent would like to change account credentials to a new E-mail or Phone.
After you unlink the Account you can Reinvite the Parent through E-mail or SMS. Follow the same steps as if you were inviting a new parent to the portal.
