CareWait can be used for agencies utilizing a CEL to enroll families seeking subsidized child care efficiently.
Should your organization have specific enrollment processes that require additional support to set up within the CareWait system, please contact us at support@mcttechnology.com for further assistance.
CareWait's Enrollment Queues are intended to be short-lived lists for users to review applications ready to be reviewed for enrollment. Once an application is Denied, Enrolled, or contact with families has been deemed unsuccessful, applications should be marked appropriately.
The enrollment queue's process flow can be visualized as follows:
When adding families/children to a queue, the user may opt to either manually push applications to a queue, or use the Pull to Queue feature to pull applications based on priority with preset criteria
To learn more about how to manually push to queue or use the Pull to Queue feature, follow this guide: CareWait: How to Manage Queues
So long as the queue is marked as "Exclusive", families/children added to the queue cannot be pulled to other queues, unless the enrollment status is marked as Rejected.
By Rejecting an application, the user pushes the application back out into the Active Application List for future queues.
