When you login to CareWait, the landing page will be the Dashboard. Here you will see an overview of all applications in your system

From the Dashboard you can access:

1. Your Account Profile - The account profile allows users to manage their account information including contact information and notification language.

   a. Click your name on the top right

   b. Change your login information

   c. Change your password

   d. Change the color theme

   e. Clear Cache

   f. Log out

 

2. Application Module - Access all Child and Application Lists

3. New Application Module - Submit an application on behalf of a family

4. Reports - Run various reports and export into an excel file

5. Queue - Access all Child and Application Queues

6. Admin - Set administrative configurations
