All applications can be viewed by heading over to the Application Tab on the Top Navigation Toolbar.

Under Application, the left Navigation Toolbar will reveal different Smart List views.

The Application List displays all applications available in CareWait.

The Children List displays all children applying for care.

Custom Lists can be created by the user to filter lists to their preference.

 

Batch Actions

The Smart List view has several different Actions a user can use to perform batch actions.

Send Message - Send batch email / text messages to families Add to Queue - Batch add applications to an enrollment queue Assign To - Batch assign applications to a user Change Status - Change the application status Batch Tag - Tag applications in batch. These tags can be viewed under the Family Tag in Office Use.

 

Smart List Query

The Smart List Query can be configured to filter applications by your needs. By default, your Smart List have an @Me filter which will filter the Smart List to show only applications assigned to you. Should you need to add additional search criteria under the Smart List Query, please contact MCT Support at Support@mcttechnology.com for further assistance.

 

Additional Filters

CareWait provides additional filters to both the Application Smart List and Children Smart List for your convenience. To locate these additional pre-set Smart Lists click on the Active Application or Active Children list to reveal a drop-down selection.
