Welcome to the CareConnect Mobile Application!

Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.

There are 5 different navigation sections available, which can be seen at the bottom of the application: 

1. Home: Site Selection, Settings, Getting Started, Announcement
2. Students: Navigation, Student Profile
3. Sign-in: Contactless Attendance, Group Attendance
4. Subsidies: Attendance and Submission
5. More: Documents, Messaging

This article will provide an overview of the sections of the Home page. This includes the following sections: 

1. Home:

Upon logging in, you will be greeted with the Home page.

a. Site Selection: If you are a user that has access to multiple sites, you can filter your account to view other sites by tapping at the top center name of your center. From the next screen, you will be able to select which site to look at.

b. Students : Guides you to the student list. You can learn more about the student module from the Student Navigation

c. Time Sheets : Guides you to the subsidized students list where you can Submit Attendance, manage attendance details, and input family fees.

d. Payments : Guides you to the EOP page where you can view or Download the Explanation of Payments

e. Documents : Guides you to the documents that you've received from your agency where you can Receive and Complete Documents

f. Settings: To view the Side Menu, tap on the 3 horizontal lines at the top left corner of your screen. From here you will have access to your user profile, Sign-In, Offline, Change Password, Change App Language, Device Info, Help, and Log Out. Click the pencil icon next to the username to access options to lock your kiosk display or manage attendance settings. 

g. Getting Started: Program Set Up currently provides article links regarding how to use the CareConnect Mobile.

h. Announcements: Any important information that the CareConnect Team or your agency sends will display there.

2. Students:

If you ever want to have quick access to your view all of your Students click this button. Doing so will direct you to the Students module, where you will have access to view student information. You can also manage individual students' attendance, edit students' profiles, add contact information, and much more. Click here to navigate through student lists.

3. Sign-in:

If you need to display the Parent Kiosk to allow guardians to sign in/out the student, manage group attendance, or view the parent's PIN, you can do so at this tab. To learn more about it, view the CareConnect Mobile - Contactless Attendance Overview.

4. Subsidies:

If you need to Manage monthly attendance or submit attendance(s), you can visit this tab. This tab gives you a list of subsidized students for you to submit attendance(s) or enter family fees and this tab includes an EOP tab for you to print out or save any payments. 5. More:
