Depending on your agency, you may have access to two types of smart lists: Child Smart Lists and Application Smart Lists. Child Smart Lists contain information about individual children, while Application Smart Lists hold data for the entire family application.

To access the Child Smart Lists, please navigate to the Application module and click on "Child Smart List."

A drop down menu will subsequently appear, from which you should select "Children List."

 

 

 

By default, upon selection, you will be directed to the "Active Children" section, which comprehensively lists all children currently holding active status across all applications.

Furthermore, alternative prepared lists can be accessed via the drop-down menu situated at the right corner of the interface.

 

 

To access the Application Smart Lists, please navigate to the Application module and select "Application Smart List" from the menu located on the left-hand side.

Upon selection, a drop-down menu will be displayed, prompting you to choose "Application List" from the options provided.

 

 

By default, upon accessing the Application module, you will be directed to the "Active Applications" section, which meticulously catalogs all applications currently bearing active status.

Furthermore, alternative prepared lists can be conveniently accessed through the drop-down menu located at the top-left corner of the interface.
