When you are viewing an Application, you have the Communication tab (1), Documents tab (2), and Logs tab (3) available to you.
Communication
The Communication tab allows users to create internal notes under Internal Note and public replies under Public Reply directly on the application.
1. Internal Note: An internal note is only visible to other CareWait users.
2. Public Reply: A public reply is a message sent directly to the family's CareConnect account; this is visible to both CareWait users and the family.
Directly below shows all communications sent through All (1), Internal (2) Note, and Public (3) Reply.
Note: If the family sends a message through their FamilyPortal account, this will show under Public.
Message templates and typical text editing features are available for your convenience.
Documents
In the Documents tab is the Received tab, which allows users to upload (1) documents directly onto the application as well as view (2) and download (3) documents uploaded by the family on FamilyPortal or on CareWait. All documents are viewable by both users and the family.
Note: There is a 20MB limit for each uploaded file.
In the Documents tab is the EForm Configuration tab, which allows you to select the forms needed to be submitted by the parent(s). To do so, click Edit, select the forms required, and click Save.
Logs
The Logs tab lists all edits and viewing history of the application. This section will act as your audit trail.
