The Communication tab allows users to create internal notes and public replies directly on the application.
An internal note is only visible to other CareWait users.
A public reply is a message sent directly to the family's CareConnect account; this is visible to both CareWait users and the family. If the family sends a message through their FamilyPortal account, this will show here as well.
Message templates and typical word document features are available for your convenience.

The Documents tab allows users to upload documents directly onto the application as well as see documents uploaded by the family on FamilyPortal. All documents are viewable by both users and the family. There is a 20MB limit for each uploaded file.

The Logs tab lists all edit and viewing history of the application.
