You can also contact us through the CareConnect Web or Mobile.
1. CareConnect Web:
Click on it at the right bottom corner which is available throughout different pages on CareConnect. Then, a chat box will be opened for you to submit your question.
2. CareConnect Mobile:
On the Home page, tap Need Help to start a conversation with us.
Or you may locate us from the to open the settings side menu, then click on Help.
After the new page is opened up, you can click on either Start A Conversation or open up the chat box. Now you can send your question to the CareConnect support team, an agent will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
