Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
When you set up plans or create invoices for students, you will have the option to add discounts for each Invoice Item, whether it is in the one-time Invoice charges or the recurring Plan charges to the family.
Consider a case when you need to give parents discounts based on a certain percentage and do not want to calculate the amount yourself. From the discount box, you can simply input a percentage between 0 and 100.
To apply the discount, you can either access Create Invoice or Add Plan.
Once a percentage is entered in the discount column, the amount will regenerate a new amount for the invoice item.
For example, if a charge item is $280.00 and a discount of 20% is added, then the resulting charge would be $224.00
