Once your Care Providers submit the completed attendance, you will receive a notification (Email and/or SMS) sent to your contact information on record with the Child Care Agency. The notification contains a link to continue to the attendance record.
To begin the attendance signing process, parents will have to confirm his or her identity. If the parents are not asked to confirm their identity --> Skip to step 4.
2. If the parents are asked to confirm their identity --> Select a method (Email or SMS) to receive the verification code --> Select “SEND”.
3. Enter the code --> Select “SUBMIT”.
4. Review the attendance information --> If there are any errors, please notify your Care Provider. If there are no errors --> you may select “Sign & Submit”.5. Sign with your full signature using your mouse if you are on a computer, or using your finger on a touch screen device --> Check the box to certify that your attendance is accurate --> Select “SUBMIT” to complete the signing process.
