Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
CareConnect allows users the option to enter the Organization or Site Address in the NOA Appeals Address fields for parent use. See below how to configure Appeals Address selections:
1. Use the Organization Address for NOA Appeals
In the Admin > Eligibility > NOA tab, select to Edit and add the address that parents should contact for NOA agency appeals. Only 1 address option can be configured in this page.
This option is available in the NOA wizard selection as 'Organization Address'. This option is available for all site location documents.
If multiple organization addresses are required, see option 2B below.
2. Use the Site Address for NOA Appeals
In Admin > Sites, edit or enter the site's physical address fields as desired for NOA Appeals population. This option is available in the NOA wizard selection as 'Site Address'. This option is available for all document site locations populated in the Student Profile > Current Site field.
Review the two options below for using the site appeals address option:
A. Use the site's physical address for appeals
B. Create a site record to use as an additional agency organization address for appeals where multiple agencies exist in one site. This site record will not have children scheduled under this location; it is created for appeals address use only.
A. Populating Physical Site Address as NOA Appeals Address:
If using a Site address or creating a new Site as an additional Organization address, view Admin > Sites to select or create a Site record and confirm the Profile tab has the address populated.
Save the Site record when done.
B. Creating Sites as NOA Appeals Address records ONLY:
Only 1 Organization Address may exist; if multiples are required, enter these as Admin > Sites using an Appeals label to differentiate the address from sites that serve families. Populating the additional Site tabs such as Classroom, Settings and Users is not required.
In the example below, we already have a Site named Temecula Tots that is used on schedules, but we don't want to use that site address OR our current Admin > Eligibility > NOA (Organization) address for appeals, we want a 3rd address. This NOA Appeals site will not have any children scheduled and no classrooms created. We labeled this appeals address site as 'NOA Appeals: Temecula Tots'. and populated the Site > Profile > Address fields.
Save the Site record when done.
3. Populating the Family NOA Appeals Address Wizard by Site or Organization
To populate the NOA Appeals address, confirm that each location that the child attends and/or needs to be used for NOA Appeals exists in the Student Profile > Personal Info > Current Site field.
In the example below, the child is scheduled at Temecula Tots site location, but we want to use a different address for the NOA Appeals Address than the site or the organization. We created a secondary site for this separate address called NOA Appeals: Temecula Tots that also needs to populate this field for NOA wizard use.
When ready to create the NOA, go to Eligibility > Student, Parent or Family, and at the bottom of the page select Site Print > Notice of Action:
Populate the wizard with the desired Appeals Site or Organization Address. If choosing a Site, select the site name that reflects the appeals address desired to display. This option only lists sites that are selected in the Student Profile > Current Site field.
The NOA will print the desired address on Page 1, Step 2: Agency Name and Address for NOA Appeals:
The correct schedule hours will print if the correct schedule is selected in the NOA wizard regardless if Organization or Site Address is selected.
