This article will guide you through the steps to move a student to a new or existing family.
- In the Student Module, select the student you would like to move.
- Once on the Student Profile, click on the icon shown below.
A pop-up window will appear with options to move the student to a new family or an existing family.
Moving to a New Family
- If you select the option to move to a new family, all of the child's data will be moved into a new family profile. This does not include any information pertaining to the parents, billing, or documents.
Moving to an Existing Family
- If you select the option to move to an existing family, you will be asked to add the family ID.
- Once the family ID is added and you click "Done," the child's information will be moved into the existing family. This also does not include any information pertaining to the parents, billing, or documents.
