CareConnect provides you with the flexibility to define the operational days for your external providers. Here's how you can easily add or update provider care calendars.
Adding a Care Calendar

Navigate to the Admin section, select Providers, and click on the provider you wish to manage.

Go to the third tab labeled "Care Calendar."

If this provider has never had a care calendar before, simply click on "+Add" and give the calendar a name. The naming is flexible and won't impact your operations, so you can choose something like "Operational Calendar."

CareConnect typically displays the current fiscal year by default. You can adjust the display using the month filters.
Note: You can only have one care calendar per provider. When you have the operational days for the next year, revisit this page and extend your range of months to continue adding operational days.
Updating a Care Calendar
- Click on any day in the calendar to reveal a dropdown menu with options to add an open day, holiday (no pay), or holiday (pay).
- If you select "open day," a pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose a range of days to mark as open.
To streamline the process, it's advisable to mark the entire fiscal year as open first and then go back to designate holidays or closed days as needed.
