In CareConnect, you can manage and assign care to any of your FCCHEN Providers. Before you begin assigning care, however, you must first add and edit provider information as needed.
This article will help guide you through the process of adding a provider and managing their information.
Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
Adding Providers
Before you begin assigning care, you must first add and edit provider information as needed.
To add FCCHEN Providers to your CareConnect environment please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Admin module. You will see the Providers section on the left sidebar. Click on it to access the Provider Management page.
2. The list of providers will be displayed on the Provider page. You can search for providers or filter the list here. This list shows some basic information about the provider, such as Provider ID, Name, Provider type, address, etc.
3. Click on the Add button to add a new provider. The Add Provider Window will display on your screen.
- This list will display all Provider data from either your CC3 or CC4 Environment.
- Select the providers you would like to add to your CareConnect environment and click Done when ready.
3. You will now be able to edit and assign care to the added providers.
Editing Provider Details
Once you have added a provider, you will now be able to edit their information as needed such as:
- Basic Information
- Mental Health Consultation services check
- Operational Calendar
To edit a provider's details, locate the provider you wish to edit then select their hyperlinked Provider ID to open the provider detail page.
Once the Provider Detail window is open you will find four additional tabs:
- Profile: Basic Provider information. Select the Edit button to modify fields as needed.
2. Setting: Here, you may modify the provider's language and apply the Mental Health Consultation Services designation.
3. Care Calendar: This tab allows you to modify the Provider's Operational Calendar. Please refer to our article here on how to edit Calendars within CareConnect.
4. EOP: This tab will allow you to view all of a Provider's Explanation of Payments generated by the system. Click the Download icon to the right of the page to download a copy of the file to your device.
