Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.

 

You can connect a family member to your program by selecting "Invite". This will automatically link to their existing account, or create a new account for them. If it is a new account, they will get an email or text with their password. To add a parent's information to a file, please see: Add Contacts and Additional Authorized Pickups.

Parents need to be connected to use these features:

• Daily Sign In/Out (without a PIN code) 
• View Daily Attendance and Report Absence
• Send Messages.  

**They do not need to connect for a subsidy program, unless the provider wants to use our advanced features**

**They do not need to connect to use the QR code and PIN Code***

Mobile App:

Open the CareConnect Mobile app and sign in.

Tap Students → Select a Student → Tap Student Profile → Scroll to Contacts, Tap to open a contact.

Tap Invite to connect to their account, or create a new account for them. If the Invite button is not there, you are already connected!

To find their connected account login name, open the contact and look under Parent Account.

1. 打开 CareConnect 移动应用程序并登录您的账户。

2. 要邀请家长，您需要先添加家长作为联系人，请参阅添加联系人和其他授权接送人。要找到联系人部分：学生选项卡→ 选择学生→ 学生资料→ 滚动到联系人，按编辑现有联系人的按钮。

 

 

3. 添加您要向其发送邀请的家长的电子邮件地址，然后单击保存。系统会询问您是否希望立即发送邀请还是稍后发送邀请。

 

4.您可以随时通过个人资料页面重新邀请家长。要批量发送多个家长邀请或重新邀请，请参阅CareConnect Web - 家长账户管理/Gestión de la cuenta de los padres。
