Access CareConnect mobile app (iOS and Android) or MyCareConnect Web.
**Please Note: CareConnect Family is now MyCareConnect**
New User to MyCareConnect:
1. You will need to contact your agency or provider to be invited to join their MyCareConnect.
2. Once invited, you will receive an invitation via email or phone number to join MyCareConnect.
** You will receive two emails, one inviting you to join your agency and one with your login credentials. Use the login credentials given to you to login for the first time.**
3. Log into your MyCareConnect to view your case record, documents, and files.

1. Start an application for childcare
Existing User to MyCareConnect (formerly CareConnect Family):
**If you previously used CareConnect Family, then you can use the same login information to log in to MyCareConnect.**
1. Reach out to your agency or provider to invite you to join their MyCareConnect.
2. Once invited, you will receive an invitation via email or phone number to join MyCareConnect.
3. Log into your MyCareConnect to view your case record, documents, and files.
Still can't log in?
If you cannot log in with your CareConnect Family information please reach out to your childcare agency and make sure your email and phone number is up to date. Then, request an invitation to connect your account.
