Within the system, Tasks are primarily used as a function for users to be able to assign each other specific To-Do items not already captured by a working queue. However, there are some tasks that can be automatically generated when specific criteria are met, serving a similar function of organizing workflow without requiring any manual entry. These are listed below and can be enabled or disabled per the preference of each agency:

| Case and Care Discrepancy | Current Family Owner | Care Program is different from Case Program for any cares in the family record. |
| Send Task to Family after agreement status changed | Current Family Owner | Provider's agreement linked to a specific family changes in status. |
| Funding Transfer | Current Family Owner | Active C2AP case has a Cash Aid Term Date <= Today - 23 Months. |
| Child Care Ending | Current Family Owner | Care for a child is ending in the next 30 days |
| Document due date notification | Current Document Owner | Document is due in a set number of days (1 day by default) |
| Recert Task | Current Family Owner | Recert Date is approaching in the next 30 days. |
| Payment voided by care | Current Payment Owner | Payment in Printed status is voided due to shortening or voiding care. |
| Care changed when Payment is @Status | Current Payment Owner | Care details were edited while a connected payment was in Received, QA, or Authorized status. |
| Claim SDM | Current Family Owner | Payment specialist clicked the SDM button in the payment record, indicating that Schedule Doesn't Match. |
