Follow the steps below to publish a provider profile and make it visible to families on the MyCareConnect (MYCCN) website.
1. Log In to CareWait
Begin by logging into your CareWait 3.0 account using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Provider Services
- On the left-hand menu, click “Providers.”
- A dropdown will appear, select “Default List.”
3. Find the Provider
- Use the filter,list, or search bar to locate the provider.
- Filter: Add the provider information to the respective filter on the left
- List: Use the Advanced search to further filter certain columns and look for partial dates
- Search Bar: Add in full or partial search criteria to find the provider you're looking for.
- Filter: Add the provider information to the respective filter on the left
- Click on the Entity ID next to their name to open their record.
4. Review & Complete the Provider Profile
Once inside the record:
- Click on the “Profile” tab.
- Then click the “Edit” button.
- Review and ensure that all required fields are completed in the following tabs:
- Program Info
- Subsidy & Funding
- Hours & Rates
- Education & Support
- Branding
- Vacancy
- Quality
Click “Save” once all tabs are filled out properly.
5. Set Provider Status to Active
- Go back to the “Basic” tab.
- Ensure the status of the provider is set to Active.
6. Publish the Profile
- Click on the “Actions” button at the top right corner.
- Select the checkmark icon labeled “Publish.”
7. Verify Publication Details
Once published, scroll to the “Summary” section (left-hand side of the record) to confirm publication. You’ll see:
- Created Date
- Created By
- Provider Update
- Provider Updated By
- Profile Update
- Vacancy Update
- Last Referral
- Last Sent Referral
- Publish Time
- Publish By
8. Preview the Public Profile
In the Summary section, you will now see a clickable link displaying the provider’s name (either the FCCH or center name).
Click it to preview how the profile appears to families on the MYCCN website.
✅ Important Reminder
If you update the provider profile at a later time, please make sure you always publish again.
Just because you updated the profile and made adjustments does not mean it is automatically visible to families on the MYCCN website.
Always get in the habit of clicking the “Actions” button and selecting “Publish.”
