I can see my childcare application but what do the different statuses mean?

Answer:

Your MyCareConnect account will list all your child care applications. Track your progress by understanding the status of the application:

• Draft: You have started but have not yet submitted the application.
• New: You have recently submitted your application and are waiting for a worker to review.
• Active: You are eligible for a provider referral, or eligible and on the waitlist for assistance.
• Outreach: Your agency is reaching out. Please respond directly to them to confirm your interest.
• Update: Alerts you that information must be updated to keep an application in the active state.
• Under Review: This means your application is currently under review and cannot be edited by you at this time.
• Enrolled: The application is enrolled with the provider.
• Closed: This means your application is now closed, you will need to start another application.
