You are not able to remove the referral yourself, however, you may contact the MyCareConnect team to remove a referral if you do not like it.
To contact the CareConnect team, please email support@mcttechnology.com. In your email please include your Application ID, Referral ID, and Child Name so that we can successfully remove the referral.
To find this information, first log in to your MyCareConnect account and click on the application you want to view the referral(s) for.
Then, on the left hand side click on Referrals.
You will be redirected to the Referral page where you can see the referrals sent for your child(ren). From here you can view your Referral ID and the Child's name that the referral is for.
To view more information, you can click on Referral Info.
Here you will see the provider contact information, child information, and which source (application) the referral is connected to. On this page you can see your Application ID, Referral ID, and Child Name.
