Unfortunately, MyCareConnect is unable to provide information regarding enrollment updates. If you would like to inquire further about your application status, please contact the child care agency or school you have received a referral with directly for more information.
When contacting the provider, the provider will be able to best assist you if you provide them with your Referral ID and your Child's Name.
To find your Referral Details and Provider's Contact information:
First, log in to your MyCareConnect account and click on the application you want to view the referral(s) for.
Then, on the left hand side click on Referrals.
You will be redirected to the Referral page where you can see the referrals sent for your child(ren). From here you can view your Referral ID and the Child's name that the referral is for.
To view more information, you can click on Referral Info.
Here you will see the provider contact information, child information, and which source (application) the referral is connected to.
