To enable location access for the CareConnect app, follow the steps for your device.
For iOS (Apple iPhone, iPad)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Privacy & Security, then select Location Services. Make sure Location Services is turned on.
- Scroll down the list of apps and tap CareConnect.
- Choose While Using the App to allow the app to access your location when you’re actively using it.
- (Optional) Enable Precise Location if you want CareConnect to receive more accurate location information.
For Android devices
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Tap Apps or Applications and locate CareConnect.
- Tap Permissions (or App Permissions).
- Tap Location and select Allow only while using the app to grant location access when CareConnect is open.
- Return to the app and verify that location-based features are working.
Alternate method via in‑app prompt
- When you first open CareConnect or use a feature that requires location, you may see a prompt asking for location access.
