Once you have fully prepared for the DRDP Merge, the next step is to export the information out of ChildFolio! Please note that this process is not automatic.

The process for exporting the ChildFolio data can only be completed from the website, please access your account at: www.childfolio.mcttechnology.com 

From here you can navigate to the tab labeled Students and select your Classroom that you would like to export

When your classroom loads, at the top will be an option to Merge DRDP, clicking this button will open a prompt to finalize the export

You will be prompted to select a Rating Period, the DRDP Completion date, and your email will automatically populate, but you can change it by clicking into the field.

Press Submit when your information is input, and your excel file will begin generating!

If you receive a Failure, please follow the instructions presented. If your error does not contain helpful information, please contact support!

If you receive a Success, you can download the excel file to your computer immediately!

Once you have exported your DRDP information, you're ready to import the information to DRDP Online!
