ChildFolio's web portal offers access to more reports than are available through the app. One such report is the Child Detail Report! This report contains the child's current level of mastery across all Measures, as well as examples from each of them.

To find this report, we'll start by navigating to Reports on the web portal. Then we'll select the bottom option, Child Detail Report.

The page will have you configure the Site, Class, and which Students you would like to generate the report for, you can select from 1 to all. Last, you can set the date range for when the report should generate for. If you have Rating Periods created, you can choose from those, or type in a custom range.

All of the fields will be blank the first time. Above the final column, is an option to Generate PDF to create the reports for your selected time frame. Once generated, the page will shift to display more information about each report

Downloading a report will then let you view it, and send it directly to parents using the Messaging feature to add an attachment. The report can be downloaded as many times as necessary, and if anything happens, you can regenerate the report at any time.
