With the release of DRDP Online, it is now necessary to have children's enrollment information uploaded in both DRDP Online and in ChildFolio. This guide will help you make sure that all the required data is entered into both of them!

Previously, DRDP Tech would export all the children's demographic and enrollment information, but now those fields are required to be entered into ChildFolio. Those fields are:

This field can only be configured by your site Administrators, please notify them if there is a difference between the DRDP Online Agency and your ChildFolio Agency

This field can be updated by Administrators or Site Administrator accounts, please ensure that both your Site name on DRDP Online and ChildFolio match exactly

This field can be updated by any level of accounts, please ensure that both your Class name on DRDP Online and ChildFolio match exactly

This field can be updated by any level of accounts, please ensure that your Term ID's on DRDP Online and ChildFolio match exactly, as they must now follow the pattern of "Period + Year"

All of the children must match their First name and Last name exactly between DRDP Online and ChildFolio. This field can be updated by any level of accounts, please ensure that both names on DRDP Online and ChildFolio match exactly

These fields are generated at the time of the export. If you completed ratings for children over a period of time, please select the most recent date to apply for all children. If you are exporting ratings for another teacher, please input their email before exporting the file
