Family Fee Full Time (FT) and Part Time (PT) category is determined by monthly hours.
Following CDSS rule, it is weekly total hours x 4.33 to give the estimated hours per month, regardless of length of the month.
For school age children, need to determine the combination of school and vacation:
-
Use child’s school calendar for the care period
-
If month has school days <= non school days, use normal schedule hours
-
Only use weekdays to compare, do not include weekends
-
-
If month has school days < non school days, use normal schedule hours
-
-
Wk hours x 4.33
-
Care with no school schedule | Care with school schedule | |
Set Schedule | Weekly total hours x 4.33 |

Variable Schedule | Weekly max hours x 4.33 |
