Access the CareConnect Mobile App (iOS and Android) or the CareConnect Provider Website.
The new CDA SRPP connection allows you to view your additional payments and EOPs all in one place!
After logging in, click on the CDA SRPP connection.
Click the Payments tab to view current and previous payment amounts, statuses, and more. Tap View for more information.
Click the Explanation of Payments tab to view your payment receipts by year including check date, amount, type, etc. Tap View for the full document.
