This guide explains how to edit/update a student’s personal information under the profile page. You can add students’ Contacts, Siblings, and update the students’ schedule starting/ending dates along with students’ statuses.

To locate the Student profile page, Select a specific student → Tap on Profile.
1. Edit Student's Information:
You can edit the student’s name, gender, DOB, student's status (active, inactive, pending, etc). Other fields include:
Profile Picture: click on the camera icon , and choose a photo by either taking a picture via Camera or from Photo Library. Adding a profile image allows you to remember and find the student faster.
Allergies/Medications/Diet Restrictions: there are also distinctive icons shown after adding allergies, medications, or diet restrictions to keep you alerted about students' restrictions. Once you have added all the information, new icons will appear next to the student's name from the student list.
Steps: Enter any text to allergies/medications/diet restrictions -> Click Continue or the Enter key -> Save.
Note: To add multiple allergies, you can continue to enter more allergies with the Enter key and then click on Save once ready.
Tags: Adding tags allows you to sort specific students from the student list better. This follows the same steps as adding allergies/medications/diet restrictions.
Notes: Used for additional information that you would like to add for the student.
2. Add Contacts:
This section allows you to enter unlimited contact information for the student with the parent's Pick up Authorization setting. Click here to view how to add the student's parents' information in detail.
3. Add Siblings:
If students are in the same family, then you can add them under Siblings instead of adding the student from the main student page. This will allow you to manage the students altogether at the same time, such as when signing students in and out of the system. Contact information is shared for the siblings, so you don't need to add parents' contacts again.
4. Add/Edit Student's Care Schedule:
This section allows you to quickly add a starting or ending date for a student as well as change the student's schedule status. Click here for more information about each field in student's schedule.
5. Delete Student:
If you have added the student by mistake or need to remove the student for other reasons, you can click on Delete Student and then click Yes to confirm your action.
