Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
Access to view and update your personal information and preferences is available on the CareConnect Mobile application.
Start from the Home page, tap on the hamburger menu icon at the top left corner. This will bring forth different options:
- My Profile: Staff PIN, Account Name, Personal Information
- Sign-In Settings: Parent Kiosk Only Settings, Attendance Settings, Contactless Sign-In Settings
- Other Settings: Change Password, App Language, Device Info, Help
- Log Out
1. My Profile
To view or update your Profile, please tap on the hamburger menu icon at the top left corner of your Home page, then tap on your profile picture or the pencil icon next to your name to access your Profile. Here, you can:
- Add a Profile Picture: Simply tap on the photo icon and either take a picture or select one from your Photo Library
- View your Staff PIN: This is used when you need to exit the locked Parent Kiosk screen or when Sign-In Requires Staff PIN is turned on
- View your Account Name: This is the log-in email used for CareConnect
- Update your name/title, Change your Preferred Language/Contact Method, or Update your email/Cell Phone/Phone/Address
- Note: Make sure to tap on Save when finish updating each field
2. Settings
To change your sign-in settings, please tap on the 3 hamburger menu icon at the top left corner of your Home page, then tap Sign-In.
- Parent Kiosk Only Settings: Once turned on, the first screen that pops out after logging in to CareConnect will be the Parent Kiosk page.
- Lock: Once turned on, others will be able to exit the Parent Kiosk screen unless you input the Staff PIN
- Sign-In by Staff Requires PIN: Once turned on, you will need to use your Staff PIN when capturing students' attendance
- Enable Date Overwrite: Once turned off, you will not be able to edit attendance for past days
- Contactless Sign-In Settings: Allows you to use Parent Kiosk and choose a type of QR refresh with either Static or Dynamic
- Static: The QR code will not refresh unless you click Force Refresh
NOTE: Force Refresh allows you to generate a new QR code for Parent Kiosk. - Dynamic: The QR code refreshes based on your chosen time frequency
- Static: The QR code will not refresh unless you click Force Refresh
3. Change the Password
To change your password, please tap on the 3 hamburger menu icon at the top left corner of your Home page, then tap Change Password.
It is recommended that you change your passwords often for security purposes. To change your password, enter your Current Password, New Password, then Confirm your New Password → Tap on Save.
4. App Language
To change the language of the application to either English, Spanish, or Chinese, click on the hamburger menu icon at the top left corner of your Home page → Tap on App Language → Select the desired language.
5. Device Info
To view the Device Info, please tap on the hamburger menu icon at the top left corner of your Home page, then tap Device Info.
The Device Info is used for support purposes. Your technical support representative from the CareConnect Team may ask you to provide your Device info for troubleshooting.
6. Help
The Help section allows you to send tickets to the CareConnect Team. If you are ever in need of additional help, feel free to start a conversation with us to get the help you need.
7. Log Out
Use to exit your current account. The button will direct you to CareConnect's Login Screen. Then, you can sign in to a different account of your choice with a logon name and password.
