Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
CareConnect Mobile offers quick actions for you to add student or manage students' attendance and activity. This guide will demonstrate how to navigate through the students’ module and filter students based on their tag/status. This guide also will show how to enroll/add a student to the selected Site & Classroom.

For options and managing students' information, you can visit Manage Students Profile to edit students' personal information, add allergies/medications/tags, add contacts, add siblings, or set the starting/ending date for students' schedules.
1. Classroom Selections:
click on from to view students from a different classroom at the current site. If you wish to switch between sites, you can do so at the Home page dropdown menu.
2. Filter Options:
Click on to view specific students based on their tag(s) and status. The red dot on the filter represents there's a filter being applied; by default, active students are filtered.
- The Tag filter allows you to filter any tags that you have created in the student's profile.
- The Status filter allows you to view students with selected student enrollment status (active, pending, inactive, graduated). Click here to find out the difference between a student's enrollment status and a student's schedule status.
3. Add Student:
If you need to enroll a student in your program, add a student option gives a simple and convenient way for you to enroll students quickly.
Click on to quickly add a student to your program. Then, you need to enter the student's first name, last name, DOB (date of birth), and the program. These are required information marked with * for you to fill in to save student information.
Click “Save” once ready, then you will see the student you just created in the student list.
Note: You can also input any non-required fields such as Gender, Classroom, Status, or Notes. You can also edit this information later in the student's profile.
4. Manage Attendance:
If you need to sign in/out, mark absent, or add an activity for a specific student, Click on to view a specific student's attendance record.
