Following the new CCB 25-15, your agency may need to change the configuration of some of your programs to match the new 24 month eligibility. Please see the instructions on how to do so below.

Adjusting Recertification Date Population

1. Navigate to the Admin Module and access the "Program" setting in the System Setting subtab.
2. Select the program(s) that needs its eligibility period updated. From here, modify the value of "Do Recertification in X Months" to 24.

Changing Care End Date

Within the same screen, you can also find "Care End After X Days." This will control what the Care End Date will populate as whenever adding a new schedule and can also be configured separately per program.

In the example of creating a care for a case with a recertification date of 7/1/2027:

• Blank or 0: Care End Date will be 6/30/2027
• 1: Care End Date will be 7/1/2027
• -1: Care End Date will be 6/29/2027
