Following the CDMIS update highlighted here, there will be new reason codes for the 801A's "Reason For Receiving Services" column starting the submission for January 2024. This includes:

• U - CSPP Early Enrollment
• V - Means-Tested Government Program

U will not be applicable to CC4, since it is a center based program. However, a family will populate with the "V" label if their eligibility type is marked as a Means-Tested Government Program in case details.

Please note that this change will affect all reports generated from now on. Though we do not anticipate many families having this new classification, you will need to ensure that V is not a Reason Type for any reports you regenerate for months before January 2024 and manually change it from your text file if it is the case.
