To accommodate the changes in this CDMIS update, where all enrolled children must be reported starting December 2023, please go through the following Configuration changes. The nightly job that updates the 801A is located within CC4. As a result of this, your administrative staff will be responsible for modifying this job as follows:

Navigate to the Admin Module

From the subtab bar, click Job

From here, locate the Report 801A Job, this controls what information is picked up when the 801A is generated.

From here, we need to modify 2 values. Click edit and change the value of Claim Status to the following value: 1;2;4;7;11;5;12;15;202

This modifies the 801A to capture all payments, and thus all enrolled children regardless of whether their timesheet was authorized. This will not include any child with a Not Payable, Denied, or Voided claim.

Next, Check the AheadMonth value, and assure that it is set to 1. This controls for how many months previous we want this job to check, since we only want this to affect the month of December. If this value is any number higher than 1, it will lead to false reporting on the November 801A and prior.

Click Save

After this has been completed, over the night the system will capture the proper 801A information for December.
Regenerating for November and Previous
Due to the modification to the job, do not regenerate the previous months (November and Before) unless a temporary modification to the job has been applied:

Navigate to the Admin Module

From the subtab bar, click Job
-
From here, locate the Report 801A Job, this controls what information is picked up when the 801A is generated.

From here, we need to modify 1 value. Click edit and change the value of Claim Status to the following value: 5;15

After this has been applied, please Regenerate the necessary Reports prior to December

After Regeneration is complete, please modify the job back to the settings listed above.
